La Polisportiva Libertas presenta il saggio di fine anno 

Pescia Romana: Venerdì 22 giugno, alle 21, in Piazza delle Mimose a Pescia Romana, la Ads Polisportiva Libertas Nuova Maremma presenterà il XXVII Saggio spettacolo di fine anno.

L’evento è stato organizzato dalla responsabile della Polisportiva, Gioia Costa, ed è stato reso possibile anche grazie al contributo della Banca della Costa d’Argento.

Lo spettacolo di danza classica e moderna vedrà impegnate le allieve della scuola anche in tre coreografie preparate con la ballerina Maria Zaffino della trasmissione “Amici”, che, nell’occasione, si esibirà in un passo a due.

Rodger Whitaker

was born in Nairobi, March 22, 1936.He is a Kenyan by birth, but his parents were originally from Staffordshire, England.

Roger Whittaker is a successful English singer, song writer and musician with worldwide record sales nearing 50 million. He is also a successful composer of his own hits and has had many hit singles and sold millions of records all over the world
since his first big success "The Leavin’ (Durham Town)".

In his early career his trademark was Whistling. After moving to and living in Britain for several years he had succeed at a Belgian music festival representing Britain with his whistling song "Mexican Whistler".

Later he made an album "Whistling All Over The World". The songs Mammy Blue (not his own composition) and
Durham Town were his biggest successes. Later had his own TV series and is known for inviting
viewers to submit lyrics which he sets to music. In this way, "The Last Farewell" was composed; his biggest single success
and a number one in many countries.

Roger spent two years in uniform in the Kenya Regiment. In 1956, he decided to concentration a career in medicine. He enrolled at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
